Rotary Draw | Mandrel Bending

Using a mandrel while bending supports the tube, preventing collapse, maintaining roundness during the bending process. Pressure die assist and carriage boost help minimize wall thinning. Fabricating Specialists, LLC can bend .50” through 6.00” diameter with up to .250” thick wall. Square and Rectangular tube can also be bent up to 4.00” x 4.00” with up to .250” thick wall. Please refer to our bend tooling chart for current available tooling, keeping in mind our in house tool manufacturing capability allows us to quick add additional tooling to meet your requirements.

Tight Radius – Our bending equipment and tooling is specially designed to handle bend radius down to one times tube diameter. In fact, we have experience fabricating tubes with bend radii under one times tube diameter!

Multiple Bends – Our CNC benders make multiple bends with short straight sections between bends a snap!
