Customer service is a key part of Fabricating Specialists business that drives results. It's all about going above and beyond the norm and taking pride in each and every project. Our dedicated service is with you from the start of the design process, we work with you untill the very end, adding value, product assembly and delivery. Our commitment is to provide outstanding customer service confidently stating 'you will get what we say'.

What we do is take a look at how we can coat something that accomplishes what you're trying to accomplish and we will inject our knowledge of equipment and coating processes. We can also take how we paint the material in a way that can improve throughput. We know what standard pattern sizes of steel are. We know what physical sizes of things we can e-coat verses powder paint.

We can work with someone in a very transparent fashion on cost points and show how doing this in the design can improve throughput and/or material utilization. We can even build the finished product itself so in the end it's a shared exercise.

Any application in any industry where we can leverage what we do well - which is metal fabricating, welding, coatings, the prototyping - that's what we want to do. We can add to the value stream all the coating capabilities we've got and bolt onto the end product.
